Ms. Coffey, a co-founder of the firm, is the designer of the internet-based management information systems that form the core of our population research and liability management practices.  With more than two decades of experience in field data collection, database design, project management information systems, audit systems, and data management consulting, she developed some of the first applications of intranet technology to the management of product liability and claims.  Her MIS was awarded by UC Berkeley's I-School.  In addition to her work for clients, Ms. Coffey serves the firm as president and chief executive officer.
